Clown Camp 1998 – Caring Clowning an impromptu, late-night seminar

Dr. Richard Snowberg, foreground, holds a late-night session (this one started at 11:00 PM, I believe) on the Caring Clown, and how to approach that aspect of clowning. Partly in preparation for Thursday night (when we all went to a Cancer Survivor meeting with hundreds of people), and partly for the various clowns interested in that ministry. Don't let the camera fool you - there were probably 20-30 people attending (out of a total of 50 attending that week!)

About

Computer nerd by day, professional clown on evenings and weekends (Raynbow), who combines the two by maintaining a bunch of websites dedicated to the history and performances of clowning, such as Free Clown Skits, and comedy such as Best Clean Funny Jokes.
Juggles, aka. Lee Mullaly looks stunning in this Carmen Miranda hat, which looks good enough to eat. Actually, Brenda had actually worn this hat during parades with the Hanneford Circus, and autographed them for the lucky winner.
Assistant Director, college professor, and a truly great clown, Lee Mullaly, doing his Staff on Stage as Juggles.
